Become a pivotal resource for Agents and Members as the Service Operations Manager. Drive service excellence while problem-solving proactively and fostering strong relationships.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Agents and Members. You will support the Director of Sales with administrative tasks and create reports, while also communicating vital sales insights. Your proactive approach will help enhance service processes and support agents in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with agents to build trust
• Provide administrative support and sales report analysis
• Manage sales communications to all BDCIS brokers
• Facilitate the training of agents on products and services
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in business or related field
• 3+ years in Account Management or related roles
