Develop service sales strategy and ensure a unified approach to customers within alignment and Service Director alignment. Achieves sales growth and expands market reach and coverage, finding opportunities for upgrades, customized service projects, service level agreements and repairs. Determines and implements the go‑to‑market strategy, defines sales channels according to country requirements and resource availability. Sets and tracks sales targets, KPIs, performance for service sales team. Ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service levels and execution.
