Service Sales Manager
Your main responsibilities
The Service Sales Manager partners with the General Manager – Service to retain and grow the existing service portfolio while driving acquisition and recovery efforts for units outside of the portfolio across an assigned territory. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while supporting the region's strategic and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Partner with the General Manager – Service to execute the territory business plan and support the achievement of financial and operational goals.
+ Drive the implementation of service sales initiatives and develop sales strategies that support regional growth targets.
+ Assist in developing sales budgets and preparing the annual EI Sales Plan in alignment with regional objectives.
