Enhance operations service quality with our Estate and Trust Service team as a Service Specialist in Toronto. Manage relationships, resolve issues, and elevate operational efficiency in this full-time role.
As a key member of the Estate and Trust Service team, you will serve as a central point of contact for front office staff and internal partners. Your role includes being a Subject Matter Expert in service escalations, researching inquiries, and advocating for high Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance.
