Service Technician – Nothum Manufacturing (Fortifi Group) (Saint-Anselme)

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities (up to 90% travel, including overnight stays) to perform Preventative Maintenance and Service Calls.
• Work independently or with customer staff to provide training on equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit service visit documentation for both the customer's plant manager and our home office.
• Complete required paperwork, including time sheets, expense reports, and service reports.
• Assist Aftermarket Sales with growth initiatives.
• Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• TIG Welding Experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as an equipment service technician or maintenance technician.
• Strong mechanical skills, preferably in the food processing industry.
