We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to support service operations for our Patient Monitoring and Life Support (PMLS) division. In this role, you will act as the primary technical link between the company and our distributors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Base Location: São Paulo
Main Activities And Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical performance of distributors, ensuring that company service standards are maintained and that channel service targets are consistently met.
- Lead ticket follow-up meetings (Channel ITR Meetings) in collaboration with supervisors and leadership, focusing on resolving technical bottlenecks and improving channel response times.
