Job Description

  • Conduct online live and offline practical training for the target language, ensuring training plans are executed on schedule.
  • Develop, translate, and proofread courseware for the target language.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, collect and analyze trainee feedback, and improve service training satisfaction.
  • Establish and manage training sites.
  • Compile fault cases and enhance fault case courseware.
  • Gather training needs from clients in target countries and develop training schedules and program plans.

Qualifications:

  • Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in after-sales service and maintenance of aerial work machinery. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in product training for aerial work machinery.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in one of the following target languages (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian), with fluent oral expression and written communication skills...
