Mandatory Qualifications:
- Must have a College Diploma or University Degree in an IT discipline.
- Must have 7+ years of experience withing the last 10 years in ServiceNow Development.
- Must have 7+ years of technical expertise in the following areas:
- ServiceNow App Engine Studio: Advanced Proficiency in building apps using AES.
- ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with tables, forms, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Low-Code Development: Ability to create apps without heavy scripting.
- ServiceNow Employee Center / EC Pro.
- HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Workflows.
- Knowledge Management, taxonomy design, and content governance.
- Strong delivery skills and ability to work in agile sprints and deliver rapid prototypes.
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
