ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Specialist
Duration: 6 Months
Location: MONTREAL & MIRABEL, QUEBEC
Pay Range: C$53 INC
Need to work from Montreal office 3 days a week; only Montreal local profiles who can come to office for F2F round of interview are considered.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform with strong scripting capabilities (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform data migration, transformation, and validation activities during platform implementation or upgrades.
- Ensure CMDB alignment, data integrity, and consistency across asset and configuration records.
