Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships within the ServiceNow Partner Ecosystem
• Develop partner business plans and growth roadmaps
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners
• Drive ecosystem governance through effective communication
• Coach partners through training sessions and enablement journeys
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in sales or partnership management
• Experience in integrating AI into workflows
• Ability to work in an east-west operational model
