FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
- Atender y responder CONSULTAS PRESENCIALES de los visitantes.
- Gestionar RECLAMOS, INCIDENCIAS E INCONVENIENTES, actuando con criterio, calma y fuerte orientación al servicio.
- Entregar INFORMACIÓN POR ALTOPARLANTE cuando corresponda.
- Realizar CUSTODIA Y CONTROL DE OBJETOS PERSONALES.
- Cumplir y promover las MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD Y PROTOCOLOS INTERNOS del parque.
EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA (EXCLUYENTE)
Se considerará ÚNICAMENTE experiencia comprobable en:
- Mesón de atención presencial.
- Módulos de informaciones.
- Counter de atención al público....
