Job Summary
We are currently looking to fill a Relief Part-Time opportunity for a Sexual Health and Blood Borne Infections Nurse to support Population & Public Health in Burnaby, B.C.
Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting clients affected by or at risk for sexually transmitted and blood‑borne infections. In this role, youll provide confidential sexual health testing and counseling in both clinic and outreach settings, participate in community based health promotion and prevention initiatives, and support individuals living with HIV through coordinated case management. Youll apply harm‑reduction and outreach principles to engage hard‑to‑reach populations, collaborate closely with community partners to ensure culturally sensitive and client‑centered care, and offer education, counseling, and service navigation to those most at risk.
