Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Australia is seeking a skilled Marketing Automation professional to build, test and execute email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will design responsive templates, manage data extensions, and optimize SQL-driven segmentation to personalize experiences for customers across journeys.
You will also implement SMS campaigns via SFMC Mobile Studio, coordinate with external systems via SFMC APIs, and ensure data hygiene and compliance while driving
