We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to join our team at a leading mechanical subcontracting company based in Phoenix, AZ. As a Foreman, you will work closely with project managers and the field operations team to lead a crew of 2 to 10 sheet metal workers in the installation and fabrication of HVAC systems on commercial mechanical projects. These projects are typically equipment retrofits, replacements, or renovations of existing spaces. This position is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in sheet metal work, has strong leadership abilities, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
