We are looking for a new part-time (weekends and weekdays) cheesemonger (no previous experience needed) for our counter in Dunnes Stores, Swan Shopping Centre, Rathmines: people who love cheese and who recognise the connection between the food producers and those who'll be consuming it. This involves telling stories, tasting the food, sharing knowledge and experience.
