JOB SUMMARY
The Shift Manager, Warehouse Operations is responsible for leading day‑ to‑ day operational performance across all lines of business within the BSRx Fulfillment Facility, including but not limited to, OHAH, Specialty, DEX, HelioMed, and Shipping & Receiving. Reporting to the Manager, Warehouse Operations, this role provides hands‑ on leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of warehouse activities across assigned shifts. The Shift Manager partners closely with Inventory Managers, the Logistics Manager, Pharmacy partners—including Bayshore Compounding Services— and other cross‑ functional stakeholders to maintain operational flow, resolve issues, and support service excellence. The role also contributes to strategic initiatives, capacity planning, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement efforts led by the Manager, Warehouse Operations.
