Hays is proud to be partnering with a leading GTAmercial real estate managementpany which is seeking a Shift Building Operator to join their team in Hamilton, ON.
Your new role The Shift Building Operator will maintain mechanical equipment such as heat pumps, boilers, air handlers, cooling towers, fire systems in amercial office tower/retailplex in downtown Hamilton, ON.
You will work in continental shifts that rotate from Day to Night.
You will be responsible for the following duties:

Provides day-to-day operations and maintenance on rotating 12 hour shifts, delivering a high level of facilities management services to the tenants and close the work orders within time frame given in response time policy.

Monitors operation, adjusts, and maintains mechanical equipment such as heat pumps, boilers, air handlers and pumps that provide chilled water, hot water and air conditioning to the property. Ensure that all equipme...
