Job Description
What you will be doing:
Learn and understand pipe product sizes, types, and specifications.
Gain operational knowledge of assigned production equipment.
Read and interpret product drawings and specifications.
Complete and ensure accuracy of production records, reports, and paperwork.
Maintain knowledge of quality standards and correct poor quality issues as needed.
Perform and understand tasks assigned to subordinate employees.
Study and enforce SOPs to improve efficiency in the department.
Collaborate with other facility departments to support production.
Ensure safety and environmental standards are met and enforce company safety policies.
Use SOPs to train employees effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
