We currently have an opening at our Red Deer facility for a dynamic leader with a proven track record as a Shift Supervisor. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for scheduling, proving direction, coordinating, training, and leading your crew to achieve or exceed planned safety, production, quality, and recovery targets while minimizing costs and labor relations issues.
