Responsibilities
- Scheduling, providing direction, coordinating, training, and leading crew to achieve or exceed planned safety, production, quality, and recovery targets while minimizing costs and labor relations issues.
- Drive results by optimizing operations to increase productivity and improve Yield and First Pass Yield.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of safety, health, environmental, and quality programs.
