Overview
The Shift supervisor is responsible for the assisting in the supervision and direction of all officers assigned to the Shift, assessing the performance of site officers, and maintenance of TrackTik. The Shift supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining the daily operation of the Shift schedule. This position reports to the Security Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
Ensures that all services provided by staff assigned within the portfolio are delivered per the client’s wishes and best interests and in accordance with Paladin’s Code of Ethics. Managing emergencies effectively and responsibly, and provide required reports to Security Manager in a timely manner. Respond professionally to site emergencies (alarms, medical emergencies, fires and other urgent matters) in accordance with site orders; Coach and mentor all officers assigned to shift/ si...
