Overview
A Day in Your Life at MKS: This position will report to the Shipping Coordinator and involve daily operations related to shipping finished goods.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties supporting shipping of finished goods.
- Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies.
- Handle routine questions & problems, maintaining open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle.
- Confirm accuracy of invoices, bills, charges related to shipment of goods.
- Log order information into the computer, file and distribute paperwork as necessary.
- Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and other areas.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 0–1 year of related experience.
