Job Description
Request for freight quotation from forwarder and quote accordingly to the customer or to CSIS.
Ensure that all shipping documents are complete and in order.
Book shipments with the freight forwarder.
Apply export permit.
Coordinate with Singapore warehouse staff for the collection of shipments.
Coordinate with hauler for containerized shipments.
Check bill of lading and airway bill and ensure all details are correct.
Check draft forms and ensure all details are correct prior to application to avoid delays.
Send pre-alert to customers.
Monitor shipment status and update customer.
Apply for insurance of shipments that require separate insurance policy.
Comply with ISO ,, standard requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor/Diploma degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
