KLS Earthworks & Information is seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our Calgary-based team. This role is a key leader within KLS Earthworks, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our shop to ensure our fleet of heavy equipment, trucks, and support vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready to perform. This role leads a team of mechanics, apprentices, and shop personnel while coordinating repairs, preventative maintenance, and staff scheduling.
