Purpose of the Job Siebel Senior Developer who is Leading Siebel CRM solutions Design & Development, ensuring they meet the business needs of the organization. Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Siebel applications, including workflows, business services, and user interfaces to enhance system functionality. Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise applications, using Siebel tools like EAl (Enterprise Application Integration), Web Services, and other integration methods. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document system specifications. Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM across the organization. Proven experience in Siebel CRM implementation, configuration, and customization. Proficiency in Siebel tools such as Siebel Tools, EAl, Scripting, Workflows, and Business Services.
