Power Your Future with Qualus in our T&D Canada business as a Health and Safety & Environment Manager. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position will be based our Vancouver, BC location. The Site-Based HSSE Representative ensures that all site operations meet Qualus’s HSSE expectations and our clients contractor safety requirements. This position provides daily field support, leads safety initiatives, and ensures regulatory and client compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field inspections, audits, job hazard assessments, and toolbox meetings.
- Support supervisors in developing safe work procedures and implementing risk controls.
- Lead incident reporting and investigation activities, including root cause analysis.
