3+ years of technical experience, preferably in melt shop operations or refractory ceramics.Demonstrated ability to learn and apply inventory control processes and standards.Experience working in heavy industrial settings with strong adherence to safety practicesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and cross-functional teamsSelf‑starter who works independently while contributing to team objectives.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP/CRM systems Preferred
