Job Description
Role Objective The Site Engineer will be responsible for on-site execution, supervision, and quality control of solar EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery in line with approved designs, safety standards, and SunShell Powers execution protocols. Location: PAN INDIA (Travelling required as per projects need) Key Responsibilities 1. Supervise and execute installation activities for solar projects (rooftop and ground-mounted). 2. Coordinate with EPC teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations. 3. Ensure execution strictly as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules. 4. Monitor civil, structural, and electrical works related to solar installations. 5. Enforce site safety standards and SunShell Powers quality and compliance protocols. 6. Conduct regular site inspections, measurements, and progress tracking. 7. Identify and resolve on-site technical issues; escalate critical matters to the Project Manager on time. 8.
