⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (
Pay Rate: $53.00–$56.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
- Truck Allowance: Additional $22.00/hour on top of worker rate

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Worksite Leader to provide leadership and oversight for routine and major maintenance activities from execution through close-out. Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Coordinator, you will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards while supporting operational reliability and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for a strong maintenance leader who excels at contractor coordination, safety management, work execution, and stakeholder engagement in an oil and gas environment.
