Contract: Full Time
The Site Manager plays an important role in delivering the work programme to the
client to time, cost and quality. The role holder is responsible for the day to day
running of site, working with the Contract Manager to ensure that all client
timescales are met without exposing Carnell to risk.
Taking responsibility for the safety, quality and environmental elements of the work
being undertaken they essentially provide the bridge between site operations and
office-based management. As such the role holder needs excellent IT skills,
communication skills, and the ability to lead multi discipline site teams.
The role holder must be flexible and able to work away from home when
required, undertake duties at night and on weekends when necessary.
