Site Superintendent – Responsibilities
Pre-Construction Management
- Work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the master project schedule with input from subcontractors.
- Assess commissioning and operations & maintenance requirements for the master project schedule.
- Develop the Health, Safety and Environment Plan.
- Review contracts with the Project Manager to ensure the scope of work and schedules are accurate and feasible.
- Notify the Equipment Management Team of requirements for the project.
- Assist with the selection of trade subcontractors.
- Conduct constructability reviews to bring value to the construction execution stage.
Construction Management
- Plan, organize, direct and control daily construction operations with direct leadership responsibilities for junior resources as assigned.
