Site Supervisor-Southampton Start: ASAP, contract ending March 2028 Salary: Inside IR35, £40500-£45900 annually Onsite, may require overnight stay We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of domestic energy efficiency improvement and retrofit projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractor performance, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a positive customer experience throughout project delivery. This is a field-based role requiring regular site visits, stakeholder engagement, quality inspections, and contractor management to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with programme requirements.
