We are seeking a Site Technical Manager to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of multiple facilities. This hands‑on role is responsible for ensuring building systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that contractually agreed quality, audit, compliance obligations are met within the contract and delivered to the client’s satisfaction.
- Ensure quality work is being performed safely by staff and contractors.
- Coordinate external contractors work for a variety of repairs and maintenance projects.
- Can accurately estimate the labour, material and equipment required to complete maintenance and repair works.
