Job Summary
The Skilled Technician – Level II performs advanced technical activities supporting manufacturing operations through maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of electrical, automation, robotics, and production systems. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment while supporting production targets, quality standards, and operational excellence initiatives.
Working with limited supervision, the technician applies specialized technical expertise in PLCs, robotics, control systems, industrial communication networks, and predictive maintenance practices while coaching team members and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
