Small Works Project Manager – Commercial Sprinklers
📍 Location: M25 Corridor / London & South East
💰 Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Excellent Benefits
Pertemps is working on behalf of a leading sprinkler contractor to recruit an experienced Small Works Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of secured work, managing commercial sprinkler projects across London and the South East.
You'll be responsible for delivering multiple small works commercial sprinkler installation projects, managing schemes ranging from £5,000 to £500,000. Working closely with subcontractors, clients and internal teams, you'll ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
