Role: SME - Finastra Global Payments Plus Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite No Remote Work) Duration: 612 Months Contract Mandatory Candidate Screening Questions (To Be Included at the Top of Resume) 1. Strong & Proven FGPP Issue/Case Analysis: Triage, Recreation, Trace Analysis, DB & GUI Usage Candidate must have hands-on experience performing FGPP issue triage, recreating issues, analyzing traces, and using database and GUI tools for troubleshooting. 2. Deep FGPP Business and Functional Knowledge Candidate must possess strong business and functional understanding of Finastra Global Payment Plus (FGPP). 3. Proven Hands-On FGPP Configuration Experience Candidate must have practical experience configuring profiles and rules within FGPP, not limited to solution or setup design. 4. Customer-Facing Experience Candidate must have experience leading customer-facing technical calls, providing issue explanations, status updates, and resolution plans. 5.
