Responsibilities
- Programing, set up, debug and troubleshooting of SMT manufacturing equipment including laser mark/etching, screen printing, placement/mounter, reflow ovens.
- Programing, set up, debug and troubleshooting of inspection machines including SPI, AOI, ICT and X-Ray Inspection.Both inline of offline
- Support NPI in selection, specification, and implementation of manufacturing equipment hardware and software, including quotes, cost, timing, and coordination.
- Partner with NPI Engineer in new product process development and implementation to optimize yield.
- Ensure process capabilities, throughput, and defects to determine likely failure modes & possible yield.
- Develop engineering solutions to meet program performance, cost, and 100% delivery requirements
- Perform root cause analysis of day-to-day issues associated with manufacturing.
