Assess each resident's individual interests, abilities, preferences, and social needs to develop meaningful recreational and therapeutic activities. Prepare and communicate monthly activity schedules, encouraging maximum resident participation while respecting personal choice and independence. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of activities and contribute to residents' care plan reviews as an active member of the multidisciplinary team.
