Title: Social Worker Start Date: Immediate End Date: February 26, 2027 Position Type: Temporary Position Open To: Internal & External Applicants Posting Overview: The Lambton Kent District School Board is seeking a Registered Social Worker to support school staff to implement proactive interventions and strategies and build capacity of mental health awareness through education. The Social Worker will work collaboratively with community agencies and partners to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery for youth and their families. The Social Worker will serve as a member of our system LKDSB Multi-disciplinary teams and liaise with school administration and staff.
