Social Worker ( Grande Prairie or Fort Mac)
Reporting to the Program and Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall success and health of Easter Seals Alberta’s programs for the Grande Prairie/Fort Mac region and you must be located in the area as you may be required to do outreach within the community. This position requires a strong background in delivering program excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with extensive knowledge of community resources and needs based assessment tools.

- Client Support & Service Navigation: Provide clear, accurate, and accessible information on disability supports and services, including Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD), Family Managed Services (FMS), and Family Supports for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) agreements.
