Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
This position is eligible for a retention bonus that is paid out incrementally after successful completion of probationary period
Summary :
The Licensed Master Social Worker functions within their scope of practice as a member of a multidisciplinary team, including the patient/family, physicians, nurses, pastoral care, hospice services, care management, and therapists in the Palliative Care Program.
