Role Overview
One of TEKsystems' financial services customers is maturing its IT asset management practice, focusing on foundational data, discovery, process workflows and tech enablement and looking to hire two technical analysts to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery & Data Feeds: Import software installations, monitor health of import feeds, and resolve ingestion/normalization issues.
- Workflow Enablement: Partner with SAM Tech Enablement/Platform teams to build & maintenance request/approval workflows.
- Process-to-Tech Mapping: Translate SAM Business Operations & Procurement requirements into technical specs; support automation/integration build.
- Coverage Gaps: Collaborate with infra/app teams to identify and resolve discovery/coverage gaps.
- Model Hygiene: Clean up discovery models and validate mappings to SAM models.
