Job Description
About the Role We are investing in software-driven diagnostics, automation, and observability to improve product reliability and supportability. This hands-on role focuses on building internal tools, diagnostic platforms, and automated test frameworks that proactively detect issues, accelerate root-cause analysis, and improve release quality.
You will design scalable software solutions that reduce manual troubleshooting, improve system visibility, and create continuous feedback loops between Engineering, QA, Product, and Service teams.
