Must have:
- 15+ years of experience in Information Technology environments, preferably within municipal government or public sector organizations
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo application configuration, customization, and development based on business requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise asset management solutions using IBM Maximo MAS, Maximo 7.6.x, and/or Maximo Mobile
- 10+ years of experience leading and supporting large-scale Maximo implementations, upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technical documentation activities
