OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Capital Markets, specifically Fixed Income trading technology, to support the delivery of high-performance, real-time trading systems. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners — including trading desks, technology teams, and product stakeholders — to design, build, and optimize low-latency solutions that support pricing, quoting, and trade execution workflows.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in high-pressure, performance-driven environments and is comfortable working with complex systems, real-time data, and front-office trading platforms within the financial services sector.
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)
Contract Length: 6 Months (Extension or FTE Conversion Possible)
Hours: 9 AM–5 PM EST
Pay: T4 $137/hr CAD / IC: $158/hr CAD
