Job Description
The Data Engineering team is looking for a Software Engineer with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted software development tools to help design and build libraries, frameworks, services, and AI-enabled developer capabilities for working with big data on AWS. The team delivers the core building blocks used to develop data pipelines on the Edison big data platform. This multi-tenant AWS platform is a key enabler of the client's digital acceleration and AI initiatives, supporting deployments across five countries, with Belgium operating the largest environment. Requirements 57 years of professional software engineering experience (medior to senior level preferred). Strong Python programming skills with solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Strong technical analysis, architecture, and design skills.
