Travel to Office Expectations
For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, you will attend in‑office events that require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office, including onboarding, team events, semi‑annual and annual team meetings. For Hybrid Roles: If this role is hybrid, you will be expected to reside within commutable distance of the office/location specified. This includes weekly/bi‑weekly/monthly in‑office events with your specific team. Manager of Software Engineering Responsibilities
Lead multiple Agile teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions. Own the technical design, drive execution from concept to post‑launch, and ensure alignment with business goals and engineering best practices.
