We are building a fast‑growing solar and roofing sales team in Western Canada. We hire appointment setters, in‑home closers, and support roles such as project coordinators, permit specialists, site surveyors, technicians, electricians, and warehouse coordinators.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Appointment Setter: Turn strangers into qualified appointments, focusing on volume and quality.
- In‑home Closer: Convert qualified appointments into installed solar and roofing systems.
- Operations & Field: Manage permitting, design, logistics, and field execution to ensure high‑standard installations.
Qualifications
- Coachable and driven; willing to outwork the math.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
