Job Summary
Operate the Centrifuge and Dryer and ensure it functions efficiently at wellsite, conducts preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning and general servicing of chiller systems. Responsible for high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on site, customer interface.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot solids control and drilling waste management equipment, including shale shakers, centrifuges, screw conveyors, cuttings dryers, and associated cuttings handling systems. Monitor and optimize equipment performance to ensure efficient removal of drilled solids and recovery of usable drilling fluids. Operate and monitor cuttings dryers, including feed rate, screen condition, vibration, discharge quality, and recovered fluid quality.
