Job Description

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft in enterprise environments
  • Proven experience migrating Microsoft and Microsoft Entra ID tenants
  • Direct experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations, divestitures, or carve-out/separation initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Deep technical expertise in: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, External collaboration frameworks
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and modern cloud security models
  • Demonstrated experience producing architecture documentation and solution designs
  • Experience automating administration and governance processes
  • Working knowledge of enterprise integration patterns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
